The KTJ©
articulated joint helps you through all the phases of your rehabilitation

The KTJ© articulated joint applied to different types of knee pads, to machines for passive gymnastics or machines to develop muscles, always guarantees perfect isometry between the apparatus and the knee.

The different types of knee pads
make it possible to:

- block movement in the immediate
post operative period
- set a range of movements for the very first walking activities
- have a complete extension to support the advanced rehabilitation phase
- give full support to the knee when sport is taken up again.

It is particularly useful in passive gymnastics when the lack of feeling in the patient deprives the articulation of any alarm signals, protecting the articular structure when it has to undergo a lot of movement cycles.

When it is applied on machines to strengthen the extensor muscle of the lower limbs, every point of the mechanical arm remains in perfect contact with the leg during the whole movement without creating abnormal tension to the knee.

The KTJ© articulated joint is applicable on machines with a distal load central arm and on machines with a lateral arm where the shaft functions as a fulcrum and transmits the load.
